Value of Banana

The Banana King. Who would imagine, banana, a kind of very cheap fruit and available in abundant has anti-cancer property. I came across this circulation that says that eating banana can help prevent cancer. With today's lost of many lives to cancer, I hope spreading this knowledge will help the mass.

The fully ripe banana produces a substance call TNF which has the ability to combat abnormal cells. TNF apparently stands for Tumor Necrosis Factor, some very technical and medical term.

So don't be surprised very soon the shop will go out of stock of bananas. As the banana ripens, it develops dark spots or patches on the skin. The more dark patches it has, the higher will be its immunity enhancement quality.

Hence the Japanese love bananas for a good reason. According to a Japanese scientific research, banana contains TNF which has anti-cancer properties.

The degree of anti-cancer effect corresponds to the degree of ripeness of the fruit, that is the riper the banana, the better the anti-cancer quality.

In an animal experiment carried out by a professor in Tokyo U comparing the various health benefits of different fruits, using banana, grape, apple, water melon, pineapple, pear and persimmon, it was found that banana gave the best results. It increased the number of white blood cells, enhanced the immunity of the body and produced anti-cancer substance TNF.

The recommendation is to eat 1 to 2 bananas a day to increase your body immunity to diseases like cold, flu and others.

According to the Japanese professor, yellow skin bananas with dark spots on it are 8 times more effective in enhancing the property of white blood cells than the green skin version.

Like the saying an apple a day, keeps the doctor away. Likewise, a banana a day, keeps cancer away.

From small, we are trained by our parents in our routine. When it comes to food and drink, our behavior is shaped by our home habit and education.

When I first started to work, I came across some advice that says that when we first wake up in the morning, we should drink a lot of water before we do anything and this helps in our body system. Water benefits, that's what they say. Plain water, who would have believed in water benefits. More so, people are talking about nutrients, and what is there in water that will support the notion that drink water benefits.

It’s been some 20 plus years that I have faithfully kept to that, when the amount of water varies, the first thing I try to get hold of is to drink a lot of water.
